What an amazing 3 years of courage, consistency, and community!
We have continued to inspect and adapt, sense and respond, and pivot in meaningful ways. We are ever so grateful for our partners, collaborators, and our global community!
This coming year is going to be all about
co-creating Transformational Leadership at the "Messy Middle", as we continue to support mid-career technology leaders find impactful ways to lead people and change in ever-evolving virtual/hybrid environments.
In honor of #EarthDay2021, we hosted a virtual coffee “Being planet-first: doing good while doing well : Setting intention and building accountability through Coaching" on Sat April 24th.
In this 90-minute conversation, our Founder, Meenakshi Iyer, and her guests explored what planet-first thinking is all about, and what it takes to translate it into action.
Thrilled to feature Organo Rurban Living- an India-based sustainable business built on the foundation of triple bottom line of people, planet and profits.
Women make up for ~ 50% of the world's population.
Yet, this equality doesn't seem to extend to other aspects of women's lived experience.
Women continue to be paid less than men for the same work.
Women continue to be forced to juggle home , work, childcare and eldercare.
Women continue to be looked over for leadership roles and promotions at work.

In this group coaching session, I explore how we might reframe leadership in the context of self-leadership. Especially so, in these VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) times.
Together with the participants, I explore what ancient wisdom has to say about self-leadership and co-create a few additions to our self-leadership toolkit. After all, "YOU are the most important person that you'll ever lead."

Teams at the workplace are first and foremost human social groups. So, isn't it but natural for our national/ethnic cultures, upbringing, and life experiences to influence our actions and behaviors (and values) at the workplace? But, how often do we think about this while working – especially with globally distributed teams? Do we realize how own biases can shape our understanding of others? How might we adopt the principles of inclusive design to build high-performing Agile teams?
In this hour-long session, we learn about how the human aspects of teams/workplace such as national cultures, native language, gender norms/stereotypes etc. influence workplace behavior; and how our improved understanding of these behaviors coupled with application of inclusive design principles, can help us build high-performing Agile teams.
